Nilesh Mistry

For the past 20 years Nilesh has been working as a Consultant and Training Expert to Business, SME Development Agencies and Government Organisations in both Transition and Developed economies, on projects funded by the EU, World Bank, and the British Government. These projects focused on improving organisational competitiveness, reducing costs, improving the delivery capacity of the organisation, and importantly required the ability to manage this change across the organisation in a sensitive yet inclusive manner.

As a Mechanical Engineer and an industrial business owner Nilesh is able to bring first-hand knowledge of finance, HR, strategy, operations management and Sales & Marketing. With experience that spans a range of industries from Oil & Gas to clothing manufacturing, Nilesh is able to design and implement practical and cost-effective solutions for clients.
