What is Innovation Juggler?
It is an approach to measure and then improve your capability to innovate within your company or organisation, thereby creating additional value. It is based upon the most widely used Business Planning and Improvement tool throughout Europe, the EFQM Excellence Model Framework for Innovation.
It is also designed with the small business in mind and focused on the needs of the small (and also the smaller medium sized company). Not many like it as most try to cover everything and everybody!
It is a simple, internet-based self-assessment questionnaire. You answer 36 straightforward questions and you will be provided with a comprehensive report that will give you a benchmark confirming your strengths and give you 9 real and tangible ideas for improving your innovative capability. Easy really!
Why use the tool?
Every small business owner or manager is faced with having to juggle a number of roles and responsibilities on a daily basis, whilst at the same time trying to work smarter, not harder, to compete with the big companies.
